One of the largest independent insurance agencies in New England, Foy is expanding rapidly and needed to put in place a strong brand and marketing strategy. We conducted in-depth interviews with employees in a number of offices. It became clear that customers valued Foy because it was a family-run firm, a member of the community and offered personal service.
From this, we developed an integrated multi-channel marketing campaign spearheaded by the tagline, “Personal service for more than 100 years.”
