Gale’s Building Technology Division wanted to expand beyond their public sector client base, and attract more large, private sector clients. We surveyed employees and BT clients, prospects and vendors to determine the division’s strengths, opportunities for improvement, and market differentiators. The resulting needs analysis showed that the division needed to update its image and develop more marketing tools to improve its visibility. Sullivan Creative redesigned the firm’s corporate identity and helped develop promotional materials to appeal to their prospective clients.
