This company decided to expand to printing, but they didn’t want to lose their well-established identity as an envelope company.

Sullivan Creative conducted focus groups with purchasing agents and production managers from a wide variety of companies, some familiar with MassEnvelopePlus, others not. We determined how they bought printing, why they bought from particular printers and what would make them switch.

These groups lead us to create a new tagline for the company – "The Plus is in the Printing" – and develop a new corporate identity, showcased by a colorful pocket folder and several direct mail campaigns targeted at graphic designers. These campaigns have helped MassEnvelopePlus become one of New England’s leading single-source printing companies.
