For NU, Sullivan Creative conducted two student surveys. In the Advertising Survey, we talked with students during Open House events at several campuses, to determine which ads for the continuing education division they considered most effective. This also produced valuable information about the types of publications to consider for future ad placement.

In the FeedbackSurvey, a questionnaire was mailed to current students in a high technology certificate program, and to others who had inquired about the program, but hadn’t registered; the incentive to complete the survey was a chance to win a Bose Wave radio. The university learned about why students had or hadn’t registered, and received significant feedback on the courses themselves.
